Rose, Silvam, and Sapan from the cleaning department, who made my experience much more enjoyable. getting additional toiletries was a bit slow, and the dining options left something to be desired.

The location is excellent, with a shopping mall just across the street (bonus points for the proximity to good Pakistani food! ). The staff, especially the night in-charge, were super helpful and attentive, making my experience smooth and enjoyable.

The room could have been a bit cleaner. the linens and carpet had some odors that detracted from my overall comfort.

I had a decent stay at Al Hayat in Sharjah. The room offered a nice sitting area, which was perfect for relaxing after a long day out. The beds were comfortable, a definite plus! Being right across the Sahara Mall made shopping super convenient. Staff were helpful at times, especially when it came to housekeeping. I appreciated the availability of kitchen utensils, which allowed me to prepare some meals. I did face issues with the room telephone. it didn’t work, and when I needed assistance, I had to make international calls using my mobile. This can really hinder communication. The breakfast was another point of concern. options were limited and the eggs were cold. I found it odd that there wasn't more variety, especially considering the multicultural nature of Sharjah.
